Arcade Fire Covers John Lennon's 'Mind Games'

Win Butler of Arcade Fire performs at Lollapalooza 2017 at Grant Park on Aug. 6, 2017 in Chicago

Arcade Fire recently shared their cover of John Lennon’s “Mind Games” as part of their Spotify Singles series. The cover was accompanied by a live recording of the title track to their fifth studio album Everything Now.
Previously, Arcade Fire has covered the late Beatle's solo track during their live sets -- even weaving it together with bits of other classics like Radiohead’s “Karma Police” and David Bowie’s “Oh! You Pretty Things.”

Arcade Fire kicked off their tour supporting their latest LP Everything Now at Madison Square Garden on Sept. 12. The band followed up the album’s fake-news-filled rollout by navigating through the general admission crowd to reach the stage as an announcer ushered them on with made up statistics regarding their music.
